Accounts that are used for FTP automation should not have a 90day login requirement

We have accounts that suffer from password expiration even though that the passwords there were replaced, and the marker for "Do not enforce password expiration policies for this user." Is active and on the Security Settings its also setup not to expire passwords.

These accounts are used by the ftp service and when expired cause failed uploads.

@maxim@cg.solutions is there a specific example you can provide? I am trying to determine at what point you are asked for ftp reset (i.e. at UI login, during API calls, which app is requesting the reset, etc.)

@Peter Mercado I assume they mean WCA user account since they are talking about the setting to not enforce password expiration. However if the user utilised does not login via the UI in 90 days this still applies. If an account is used by UBX or API this should still count as usage ideally aka service account.
