Opt Out One click - Customised message

Opt Out One click is standard and can´t be customised by user o org admin. It would be very useful to be able to customise this and also, to be able to have it in multi-language.

How will this idea be used?

We have clients willing to use the opt out one click, but unfortunately we work with multi-language and also, the text available is not complete enough. This will be use for cases where other types of web forms that need design is not necessary.

    One-Click is becoming a problem as more spam filters and bots are clicking through links before delivering the email to the recipient's inbox. This causes the user to be unsubscribed and even though they will get that email, they won't get future emails because it will look like they have unsubscribed. I discovered this recently when investigating why a recipient was claiming not to receive emails.

    For our customers using "opt out - one click" is required since GDPR was put in place. The lack of customize-ability is a huge problem. Why not allow "opt out - one click" also to go to a landing page / web form. This would allow much flexibility in terms of personalization (per language etc.) and all the pieces are also available in WCA.

    Hi, thanks for your idea! We’ve been heads down on completely redesigning the message and landing page composition experience for the past few months. Even though we’re just now updating the status in Aha, this idea has definitely been on our radar.

    Wanted to get some clarity around the idea here - you can currently name the link whatever you'd like but your request is around the page you get taken to once the person opts out, is that correct?

    Yes, you are correct. I would like some way to customize that page the user is taken to once he clicks the link. It may not need to be a fully fledged page. But a logo/header and some custom text would really help a lot of customers, I think.

    Correct, capability to modify and customize the landing page once you use the opt out link. Also multi-language.
