In order to be able to integrate with traditional channels (like traditional hard copy e-mail, call centers, branches, ...) we would need to be able to update not only profile form a program but also some relational table that would hold information about which customer should be contacted with what via which traditional channel (or channels not directly supported by WCA). For example I would like to write form the program by adding a new line in a relational table for eligible customer ID with channel_ID, campaign_ID, offer_ID, date, time, contacted_flag etc. for example.
How will this idea be used?
Be able to export list of customers that shuold be contacted via channels not supported by WCA with additional details. This information would be added via a program.
