Add lines (edit) relational table from programs Merged

In order to be able to integrate with traditional channels (like traditional hard copy e-mail, call centers, branches, ...) we would need to be able to update not only profile form a program but also some relational table that would hold information about which customer should be contacted with what via which traditional channel (or channels not directly supported by WCA). For example I would like to write form the program by adding a new line in a relational table for eligible customer ID with channel_ID, campaign_ID, offer_ID, date, time, contacted_flag etc. for example.

This will be great because a relational table can be "shared" between 2 or more databases, so would be a great workarround when the share is needed, an example: 1st database has customer data, 2nd have a long list of sales representatives, If a customer make an specific behaviuor can add this contact to send an alert to a specific sales representative. other example is if we have different databases for email, sms and push. This will more simple to add a program step in other channel.
