We are in the process of creating a journey that has different messaging and cadence based on whether a qualifying contact is a repeat customer with a new email address, or a new customer with a new email address. Right now we are unable to identify these audiences, since the system has no way to tell if the email address is new to file. We'd like the ability to segment on whether email addresses are new vs. existing to database.
How will this idea be used?
This idea will allow users to create messaging that's specific to new email addresses vs. existing email addresses.
