Option to Modify Calculation Formula for Metrics to be Based on Total Received or Total Sent

Some businesses do not use the traditional formula for KPI calculations (unique opens / total sent), but use total received instead.  It would be great if we had the option to set this as an org parameter that affects all users.

How will this idea be used?

Using Total Received rather than Total Sent allows you a more accurate view of opens from people who actually received it.  If they didn't receive it (hard bounce, etc), obviously they're not going to open it.  Having this as an option can also allow for businesses who use this metric from having to export all data to do their own calculations.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for the feedback. Currently, Performance Insights actually has the metrics "delivered" and "delivery rate." Also within Performance Insights, you have the ability to configure a KPI widget that is updated in real-time to show these metrics over your choice of time period. I have attached the definitions of these metrics to this message. Please let me know if this helps your organization at all.
