Quite simply - use the query functionality to populate contact lists so they do not have to be manually updated each time.
e.g. Set 3 parameters for a query and a regular update time of 09:00 am every Monday - every Monday the query is run and any contacts matching the parameters are automatically added to the chosen contact list.
This would work in parallel with anyone who subscribes them self (or unsubscribes) from said contact list
How will this idea be used?
Again, will be used to save loads of time - especially for those with multiple contact lists, with emails that may be distributed daily. Would fully automate a process which is currently manual.
