Now that there are numbers associated to each step it would be nice to see where each person is that entered. So if they get stuck at the email step for example I'd know that contact most like has an invalid email address or had unsubscribed. Also if my team asks how many and who did X I'd be able to click on the step and then see the contacts and then at that step be able to export that information for tracking or follow up.
How will this idea be used?
The ability to see who is extremely insightful and helpful to marketers. Being able to see how people are interacting in your automated campaign allows information to be passed along in real time.
