Merged idea

This idea has been merged into another idea. To comment or vote on this idea, please visit WCAIDEAS-I-29 Should be able to See the contact list (like Email address or Name etc..) in every step of Program..

Ability to Click on Each Step of your Program and be able to See what Contacts are there Merged

Now that there are numbers associated to each step it would be nice to see where each person is that entered. So if they get stuck at the email step for example I'd know that contact most like has an invalid email address or had unsubscribed. Also if my team asks how many and who did X I'd be able to click on the step and then see the contacts and then at that step be able to export that information for tracking or follow up.

We are working on the exporting of contact level data, but in a program today if a contact has unsubscribed or has an invalid email address, as well as if contacts are deleted from the database or merged, we automatically exit those contacts count tthem for you in the Removed total in the Program insights Overview tab as well as at the object level insights - metrics tab. These metrics are viewable when the program is active and inactive.
