Transactional and Promotional Mailing Separation - The ability to send Transactional mailings from the same org as their promotional mailings.
Since all the marketing automation data is in the orgs database and relational tables, customers want to be able to post a trigger by sending ID or EmailAddress and having the DB and Relational Table populate the transactional template. Having the ability to send transactionals and promo emails from the same org will enable us to utilize ALL the data in the marketing automation platform and not be in the xml payload to trigger a transactional.
How will this idea be used?
This feature will actually get IBM up to where smaller and enterprise ESPs already are. This technology has not been updated in years and it is costing us HUGE opps on the sales side.
