Add unique clicks and opens to single mailing report PDF

We are requesting 'unique clicks' and 'unique opens' be added to the single mailing report summary PDF.

This metrics are extremely useful and expected by marketers to be available - I would imagine all clients would benefit from this.

It could easily be added into the Deliverability page on the report - see attached screenshot. It makes sense to add it here.

As a workaround we currently need to spend extra time going to the other reporting screen just to get these metrics: Reports > Other Reports > Single Mailing Report

Having these metrics appear on the PDF export would save us lots of time.

Thank you.

How will this idea be used?

We browse to a particular mailing, export the mailing summary PDF and can view unique clicks and unique opens.

These metrics will also appear on the PDF export when our reporting is automated.

Hello, fortunately this could be done today! Please see the attached screenshots.

I also recommend checking out Performance Insights (under Reports tab) for much better customization of reports. I've attached a quick reference guide as well.

    Hi Chris,

    I appreciate that! Thank you.

Just one question - it is very easy to miss those metrics (unique opens and unique clicks) since they have been put on the "Tracking Range" page of the PDF.

Is it possible to add these metrics on the deliverability section? Please see attached.

    Cheers,

    Shane

    Hi Shane,

Unfortunately, that's not an option on the list of Deliverability metrics as it was probably considered a different category/behavior than the metrics in the Tracking Range section.

In Performance Insights, you could have all these metrics in the same widget side by side (screenshot attached), but we're currently working on exporting the reports from there to PDF like you do on a regular basis. I'll let you know when we finish!

NEW Export to PDF functionality in Performance Insights:

Hi Shane and all subscribers to this Aha idea,

I just wanted to inform you that the Export to PDF function is now available in Performance Insights so you could customize your dashboard however you like (as Shane wanted to do in the example above), then export whenever you want. Just click on the Menu button at the top right of the window, as shown in the screenshot, and your PDF will show what you see there.

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR FEEDBACK ON THIS ONCE YOU'VE TRIED.

    1. Does this fulfill your export requirement?
    2. Was it easy to find and to execute?
    3. What could be better about this specific feature?
