Add "Any" Event to Query Behaviours

Currently for each Behaviour, users have to define specific instances to query, which is very time consuming:

"Has/Has not opened a specific email",

"Has/Has not been in a specific Program"

"Has/Has not submitted a specific Webform".

I'd like to be able to query "Any" behaviours within these; so "Has opened Any email"; "Has been in Any Program" to enable me to see at a glance how engaged my members are over time.

How will this idea be used?

As a Campaign Manager I want to be able to see all of the emails that an individual has interacted with over time so that I can establish Segments based on interaction (i.e. Where Customer Has not Opened Any email in the last month).

    We can see how this is time-consuming. However, where there are many competing priorities and there is a work-around, this idea will likely not be implemented at the present time.

    This would be hugely helpful for our organization for list hygiene purposes. On a regular cadence, we send a hygiene program to anyone who "has not opened any email" in the past X months. We are very large and decentralized, so we could have hundreds of templates out there. The only way right now to get at this is to select every single template and write it as "has not opened email X OR email X OR email X... " for every single template in our system. This just isn't manageable.
