Just found a post on the support portal regarding a known issue with programs and contacts repeating even though settings are for them not to repeat. Found out about it from one of our clients complaining.
It would be ideal if the support team had a notification email that was sent to all org admins notifying them of such a critical defect especially if there is a workaround that can be implemented like this current issue. This is the second known defect that has affected our clients in the last month and pro-active notifications would dramatically help us to workaround and mitigate the affect on our clients.
I run a software company, I get the reluctance to announce a defect but I believe your customers will thank you for it.
