Even though the ability to set scores for Email behaviors exists and then lead alerts can be created based on the scores, its limited where the specified email or behavior can't be set in the lead alert automatically by selecting the Email and Behavior, similar to how the Web Form Submit and Downloaded File Lead Alert configurations work. The only way to establish the desired outcome now is to have 1 score setting in a Scoring model, for 1 specific email and 1 specific behavior. Then a scoring Lead alert can can be created with the WCA admin hard coding the name of the Email and behavior into the Lead Alert.
How will this idea be used?
The idea will be used for a company in the Non-Profits industry to create Lead Alerts that will send the related CRM Tasks to Microsoft CRM via Scribe Online. When the CRM tasks are synchronized, they can be assigned to their respective CRM Campaigns so reports can be built in CRM identifying the Campaigns effectiveness via the CRM tasks.
