Regarding Reports

  • As of now, we are running queries to get the form submission records list. It would be great if you can add one more additional option within the form to see the submissions.
  • As of now, we don't have any options to see when the contacts have submitted the form (date with time). It would be great if you can add one more system field to track "Submitted Date".
  • We need to know the Unsubscribed contacts, Hard bounced contacts, soft bounced contacts for a period of last 1 year. It would be great if you can able to add these 3 options in reporting section or in a query.
  • Right now, we have we need to move to different sections to view email metrics (Summary, Deliver rates, click throughs). It would be great if we have all in one place with hit map report and charts as well.
  • Can we have another option that, sent any email within last 6 months and not responded?
  • Instead of selecting sent, program options --> we need to have generic option to directly select the respective email and need to see the reports for the specific date range.

    Regarding this one checkout getting automated behaviour updates setup then you can use these fields in queries based on last overall sent date and open or/and click date.
