There are limits to the rate that the personalised links can be created for SMS. When the limit is reached the entire send stops. It would be great if when this occurs the send pauses and then continues the send after a pre-defined wait time.
When a rate limit error occurs it would be great to be notified in real-time (rather than within 24 hours).
How will this idea be used?
This will allow campaign messages that are time sensitive to continue to send, following a rate limit error. It will also save us time re-creating campaigns and resolving automated program send issues.
