There is a real need for clients to see how many emails, SMS or mobile push messages have been sent in relation to annual commit volumes. This reporting should span both WCA (Engage) and Transact and all marketing interactions.
How will this idea be used?
This would allow stakeholders with clients and IBM to align on how best to manage volumes, avoid overages and provide transparency on usage of marketing interactions.
