Consolidated Send Volume Dashboard across Email, SMS, Mobile Push

There is a real need for clients to see how many emails, SMS or mobile push messages have been sent in relation to annual commit volumes. This reporting should span both WCA (Engage) and Transact and all marketing interactions.

    Thanks for the feedback! Currently, within Performance Insights you do have the ability to generate dashboards with metrics from your Email Overview, Mailing Performance, Mobile app messages overview, and app activity overview. See the screenshot below:

    Thanks for sharing that. However, the idea is that clients using all three channels (emails, SMS, mobile push) should be able to see in one place (not in 3 separate views) their usage compared to their committed interaction volume.  I think it would really alleviate a ton of negative feedback on overages (that it came as a big surprise).

    Totally agree with this request! Today is not possible to see how many Marketing Interactions (doesn't matter which channel) a customer committed and how much was consumed. Customers don't need to use an external feature to measure each channel; our solution should display this information consolidated and by channel in ONE PLACE! Not divided per many reports. One dashboard should have all this information with the uptime of each feature aggregated to WCA like Social Audiences, UBX, Email Insights and so on.

    Thanks everyone for the feedback. Although this is not currently on the roadmap, this is something we will take into consideration while planning future releases. We will keep everyone updated on where this idea stands within Performance Insights.

    Maddy, that's not what it's being requested on the scope of this idea. Performance Insights has reports per channel and we are requesting one dashboard with all channels. Something like the image attached which display the marketing interactions contracted vs sent. In fact, Performance Insights should support ALL marketing interactions available on the new WCA packages. One dashboard displaying all marketing interacts which can be break down by interactions where the customer doesn't need to change the view and manually sum the volume per interaction.

    Does it make sense?
