Our organization routinely finds 3-5 bugs or product issues with WCA per year. This means that we have to submit a support case which is charged as part of our contract. In effect, users are being charged and penalized to report platform issues.

How will this idea be used?

An incentive driven program to help find and communicate bugs will encourage users to report issues more frequently, while not penalizing them for reporting the issue in the first place.
