Dynamic template of Email or SMS has been used to Automate the campaigns. The copy of send message for each customer should be recorded for future referral.

Users are using dynamic content template to automate the campaign process. It would be good if a copy of actual output which has been sent to each customer should be kept as part of archival for future reference as well as proof of record. This functionality should be configurable for required campaign as all campaign do not need  functionality. This will be useful where different team working as template designer and responsible for sending the message at right time but campaign list has been produced by different team using different tool or using any back end process.

How will this idea be used?

any important message where customer need to act on and bulk message with dynamic template has been used to send the customize message to each customer based on their existing product or service they are holding. In this case if message copy has been kept as a copy then same will work as a proof to take next action. It also help to prevent company from any legal allegation filed by the consumer.

    Thank you for your idea!  Can you tell us more about where and how you would want to access this information? As part of Sent Archive? Does using a query of Has been sent to get list or using Contact Insight provide you enough proof of send for a particular contact?
