Email deliverability details for Contact Insights

Sometimes our emails bounce constantly with specific non-suppressed contacts, and I have clients reach out to me asking why their members aren't receiving emails. The Contact Insights will reveal that the contact was sent an email but didn't open it. I'd like to see a specific error as to why an email might've bounced or not delivered to a contact in the mailing details.

How will this idea be used?

I would use this information to immediately provide feedback to a client instead of having to involve Support to explain a single contact's ambiguous status.
