So that I (and other digital marketers) can build campaigns that exploit the high reach and low saturation of social messaging in the context of other channels such as email, sms and push.

How will this idea be used?
When building an automated program (perhaps for new customer onboarding) we would give them the option to interact with social chatbots for routine service and product questions. Leveraging Watson of course.
