Enable Social Media, Direct Mail, Telemarketing, DSP and Others Directly from Programs

Campaign is a sequence of many events which can't be restricted to Email, SMS and Push. It's interesting to have other channels orchestrated on Programs instead of going to many other standalone solutions. Direct Mail and Telemarketing should be available on Programs 2.0 and others channels should be available like Social Media (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter at least), connect to DSP and other marketing solutions.

We agree! We are researching this and will update the status as we continue to iterate on the New Programs interface.

it would be great to be able to send a custom events to UBX that will be used with custom or pre configured end points.

This will enable a multi channel custom integration that is missing today.
