True A/B Testing within Programs Merged

The ability to run A/B tests within programs and maintain a single path to carry on to other steps within the program.  Splitting within programs can facilitate A/B testing if the program is only 1 touch point long, but with multiple touch points this is not manageable.

This would be used to optimize and iterate on emails being sent out of program campaigns longer than 1 touch point.

    Thank you for your input. Our current percentage split feature in New Programs can help with the random A/B splits for steps and/or paths, You are correct that the next needed piece to meet you use case is ability to then merge, or redirect contacts after that split e.g advanced routing. This is on our New Programs roadmap.
