Deleted Landing Pages should not prevent the deletion of Folders

When a landing page is deleted, it's still referencing the folder it used to live in, which prevents the deletion of a folder that "has" deleted landing pages. If this is a reference issue, the deleted landing pages should be referencing the deleted section and restore to root if their original parent folder was deleted.

Users should be able to re-work their folder structures without having to permanently delete the landing pages that used to exist within those folders.

How will this idea be used?

As a growing company with changing targets, we need to be able to edit and reconfigure our Landing Pages and the Folders they reside in. If we reconfigure the folder structure and need to delete a folder, we hit a wall if any landing pages were deleted from that folder. To resolve the deleted pages and allow ourselves to delete the folder, we need to go into the deleted landing pages tab and search for the page(s) that are still referencing the folder we want to delete. The folder for the deleted landing pages is not shown at the grid level, so resolving the error and finding the landing page(s) involves clicking into each and every deleted landing page. In high-use organizations that may go through campaigns and landing pages frequently, that search represents a very large amount of time. By improving how deleted landing pages reference other items, we can remove the unnecessary searching for a simple folder deletion.
