When setting up a lead scoring model, right now we are unable to set up a single score for each email click. In order to score email clicks we must pull in each individual email. Is there a way we can make the lead scoring rule to be "Each time the contact > Clicked in an email > Any email", similar to how you can set up the rule for opening any email? Remembering to add each email to the scoring rule after each send is one unnecessary step that
How will this idea be used?
No all email clicks need their own score. This will be used in order to track clicks without needing to pull in each individual email to the scoring rule. Since some lead scoring strategies come into play, after planning In addition, if there are links that need to be scored higher, those could be added individually as it's set up now.
