Add *Has Bounced on Email (mailing name)* to Email Behaviours in Query engine

Many clients I speak to have requested the possibility to easily select people that have bounced on a specific mailing in order to follow up with a message through a different channel. The Query builder doesn't currently include the behaviour 'Has Bounced on (mailing name)', however the feature already exists in the Classic Query engine.

How will this idea be used?

This feature would address a number of use cases, including:
- When a Contact that is engaged within a Program receives an email which bounces, a decision point would identify these Contacts and they could be routed to a different track that would follow up with a message through a different channel (SMS, Mobile Push, ...)
- When a Contact that is a member of an email campaign and has produced a bounce, it should be possible to select them with the Query engine to create a follow-up campaign through a different channel.
- When a Contact that is engaged within a Program receives an email which bounces, exit them from the Program.
