We have integrated ecommerce events (like productview) with Smart Screens located in-store to show personalized ads in real-time to multiple visitors based on their last "product viewed", and send a promotional push notification once the ad shows up on screen.
We are using an autoresponder program to fire the push, however we can only send one type of message to all store visitors. We would like to use the "Decision Point" available in programs to personalize even more our interaction to customers sending a inbox push with the same picture he saw on website or smart screen in-store.
We tried a few times use Decision Points as the first step for a autoreponders program, but the user get stuck at "0 days" step before the decision point.

Thank you for the idea! Yes today, if a decision or any action or wait is placed before the first message, it negates the Autoresponder fast-send timing. We will review for consideration.
