Billing Reports: We need to improve overall reporting for all available marketing interactions

We need to provide our clients the ability to view usage related to all marketing channels available within WCA. We therefore request the ability to include the following channels in future billing reports and internal WCA reporting:

Email Volume

Social Audiences


Mobile Push

Email Insights

Inbox Monitoring

**Clients cannot properly manage their volume usage without having complete visibility of the above. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Thank you for your feedback. I understand your frustration having to find different metrics in different places, especially when it comes to billing. While this is due to different data aggregation technologies/methods, the longer term vision of reporting is to unify these in one place. At the moment, we're working on bringing SMS reporting to Performance Insights to join email and push. And we are investigating how to bring in Social Audiences, Email Insights, and Inbox Monitoring metrics as well.

    This should work for Partners with potentially 100's of ORGs  under one charge agreement or multiple charge agreements under one billing ID
