User Permission and Social Org Settings on Social Audiences

It's not possible to enable a Facebook or other social business account on the organization. You need to do it user by user increasing the possibility to execute undesirable social ads campaign. It could be easier and save to enable all social business account as a Org Admin (once on the organization) and define which WCA users can have access to each social business account. It's a desirable feature to have an approval workflow before to execute social ads campaigns.

How will this idea be used?

Business users from Media don't want their Facebook Business Account be managed by many other users from our BPs. That's the case of Estácio. The person responsible from Facebook Business Account doesn't want to share it. SA doesn't have the option to set up social accounts for allowed users. Or you have one WCA user with Facebook Business Account and you share user and password (not security at all), or all users required to enable Facebook Business Account.

    Hi Eber, thank you for your idea. Creating an approval workflow before executing social ads campaigns in Social Audiences is an excellent suggestion and an enhancement we are considering, but it is not yet on our immediate roadmap. Our immediate roadmap is focused on building out more ad channels (i.e. Amazon, next) and adding more ad types to the existing channels (1H 2019). The next priority is enhancing the UX and UI -- an approval workflow is something we'd consider developing at that time.
