Trigger email timing from daily to hourly Merged

Currently, for a triggered campaign, the timing for triggers only allows for daily, weekly monthly.

 

It would be extremely beneficial if we could set the trigger interval to hourly.

This is critical for fast-paced industry's where they need triggered campaigns to activate more regularly.

 

We have a travel agent client, who has shown that their target audience would need to be reminded 60 minutes after abandoning their cart.

 

Please can IBM work on adjusting this interval time to hourly

How will this idea be used?

Triggered campaigns need to have 1 hour intervals for Cart Abandonment programs.

The industry is so fast paced, an abandon cart email needs to be sent within a hour of abandoning their cart, otherwise they will be lost entirely.
