It would be interesting to have messages (email, sms and push) being sent when events occur during all the journey I designed on my program. Sometimes is required to send another message right after the customer does something on the message you sent previously. It's possible to trigger programs to start sending messages when an event occur; but it's not possible to trigger messages within the program let contacts/customers waiting a day to send the next message.
How will this idea be used?
It will be used to trigger messages quickly to avoid leads to reach out to another competitor. When leads are added on a program to nurture until they are ready for a sales approach, there is not a way to send messages on the same day or right after a customer click on a link to "I want call from my insurance broker"!
