Client wanted to check if is there a way to report a case for WCA from WCA portal insted of logging throgh support portal.
Its good to have link into WCA to create a case for issues related to product so that if any user who does not have support portal access should be able to report the issue in case of urgency.
How will this idea be used?
Having this link in WCA will help client to save their time to troubleshoot any support portal issues and will also help to client report a urgent cases timely.
