In several other tools you can easily query on the number of opens. For example: show me all contacts who opened 5 times a random e-mail within the last 3 months.
In WCA you can achieve something almost similar via scoring, but it's not easy to setup and scoring doesn't work retroactively.
This woud simply help in identifying engaged customers.
