each step (ie a mailing) should have a click map, so that we can provide better reporting (what summary reports currently have)
How will this idea be used?
When clients request metrics and reporting for emails, we deliver summary reports with click maps to monitor engagement. Programs are quickly taking over adhoc mailings as drip campaigns are more and more the norm. If we can export full program reporting with click maps, we will be able to create insightful and actionable reports that benefit all parties. |

Yes, please! The reporting for automated messages should be equally robust as that for manual sends, especially for those messages which are sent daily. Currently, I cannot find a way to tell how many people were sent each automated message on a given day, nor can I easily aggregate clickthrough data for automated messages (with individual links - knowing the click rate is nice, but without knowing WHAT they clicked on, it doesn't tell me much). With the increasing reliance on automated campaigns, our company would find this change to be wildly helpful!

You can actually create clickthrough reports for mailings that are part of programs, when you go to the clickthrough report select program from the drop down that currently shows sent (I can't insert a screenshot here).
Not ideal since there are various instances of the program message. It would be great to select the step in the report to access the reporting or versions if template changed. Also to be able to select any performance reporting easily accessible from the program itself would be ideal.
