Identify the contact who was added on a Telesales, Direct Mail or other planned channel for future release. Today is not possible to query a contact who was added on a Telesales step. Without this information is not possible to create strategies for people who are being reached out on other channels like remove them to receive messages on the next few days. It's important to know who are the contacts who are being contact by other channels to avoid send lots of messages by Email, SMS and/or Push notification.
