Is is possible to add a profanity filter on outgoings emails, therefore if a profanity is used in a customer facing email, this can be highlighted and stopped, prior to if reaching the customers inbox
How will this idea be used?
When data is sent via the platform there is no profanity filter in place. Therefore if any inappropriate words are used to send an email they can be caught prior to hitting the inbox and causing and issue with organisational reputation
