Email insights for programs

it would be really beneficial to have email insights on automated journeys. At the moment, there is no ability to track email insights per email within an automated journey only if the email is being sent manually, not through programs.

How will this idea be used?

As an automated program configurator, I would like to be able to report back to the business around email insights for any emails set up with the automated client journey

    I'm not sure if you are referring to the product "email insights" used to see how content renders for various email clients, or if you are looking for deliverabilty metrics. If you are looking for deliverability metrics across the program emails from within the Programs canvas, we are in the initial phase of a new Anomaly Detection capability in the newer Programs interface that provides metrics like Sends, Opens, Clicks, Bounces and Unsubscribes. We are in limited release now, but I can contact you to provide more details.

    Hi Diane, correct, i am referring to the product "email insights" and the use of it across emails in a program. Currently there is only the ability to track email insights at an individual email send level and not at a program level - we typically use email insights to look at the "read, skimmed, engaged" type metrics but the new anomaly detection feature sounds great! Do let me know once this is released.
