A customer is having some issues with mail blocks for their onboarding emails. They would like to have the ability to pull a list of email addresses that have mail blocks for campaigns over a specific time frame through the platform rather than submitting a Support ticket. Similar process to how you can click the link for hard bounces and soft bounces in the deliverability reports but include mail blocks as a separate line item below that.
How will this idea be used?
They would like to pull the list of email addresses with mail blocks so they can look into these email addresses on their side to determine if they need to opt them out of future emails. They have had some issues with fraudulent account sign-ups on their side and are trying to ensure the bad emails are removed.
