This functionality would make the tool more complete in engagement programs combined with commercial activity in B2C and B2B companies
How will this idea be used?
This functionality would be used for sales, engagement, management and nurturing programs for various types of business and commercial activities.
Basically it is that users who have a sales representative with an associated email in the database, can be impacted in a program and in turn, within the program can send personalized alerts or emails to the sales representative so they can perform actions commercials in parallel and with real-time knowledge.
Business case example:
We have a survey launched, for which we have already created the fields in the relational table that will be recorded with customer responses. Based on the responses of the fields, we will define queries to segment these clients.
