In an automated program, it would be very helpful to redirect customers to a decision point rather than a specific email.
This way a group of customers would still have to match criteria before receiving that email.
A workaround from support was to just add in the same decision, but this wastes components to do the exact same thing which will ultimately use up more programs.
How will this idea be used?
For example, in a getting started program - I would like customers to enter, decide if they should receive an "extra user email" and then go on to decide if they need a low usage email.
