Allow the users of Acoustic Campaign see all messages (email, sms, push, social audiences, group messaging and others) were sent to each contact. It's interesting to let users of our solution define which information should be interesting to see on Contact Insights (which database field better address their need) and avoid users to return to the Edit Contact page.
Also, it will be great let external users to access Contact Insights (the same way it's possible to see PI reports).
How will this idea be used?
Not all customers have CRM system we have integration with to see Contact Insights. Also the information and design available is outdated.
